SHIPPING POLICY

Note that delivery dates displayed on product detail pages and tracking information are estimates only.
1. Order processing time
● This is the time elapsed between the customer placing the order and the seller handing it over to the courier.
● Usually orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order / payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
● Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
2.Shipping Time
● All our products are shipped for free with Standard Shipping.
● Estimated delivery time 4 - 8 business days.(There may be instances in which orders with multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers depending on which warehouses the parts/items will be coming from. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.)
Total shipping time = processing time + shipping time (Business Days)
3.Tracking
● You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. “Business days” for ship-out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall on a weekday when counting business days.
● It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.
● If you can't track your parcel normally, please contact us.

4.Freight
- Free Shipping:All our products come with free shipping by default (excluding expedited shipping)
- Expedited shipping: $29.9, 3 to 4 business days (expedited shipping is available for most small and medium-sized packages)
5.Change delivery address
● Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you want to change address, please send us an email within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.
6. Order cancellation
● We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If payment has been completed and your shipment has not been shipped, you may cancel your order prior to item delivery. We will refund the full amount of money.
● Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
7. Item not received
● Usually, we provide the tracking number and tracking link in a timely manner. If you don't receive the item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm this with the couriers and contact you ASAP.
● If the product is lost in transit, we will arrange an exchange for you and cover the shipping costs ourselves. Or full refund if you no longer need the item.
